I am a super budget conscious person. So each month I allot so much money for groceries and once I spend it, I spend it. Since I have started this budgeting practice 7 months ago, I have had to practice my creative cooking skills for a good part of the end of every month.
Well, I am here to share you with you one of my favorite, cheap, delicious recipes. It’s also really easy because I came up with it. Only I didn’t really come up with it, I’m sure lots of people make this. But it was new to me and in my mind, I came up with it.
Really, that’s all it takes. Plus beans. I don’t have a picture of the beans because those were already in the pot when I decided to take this picture. Also, all the ingredients are healthy and whole foods. (Perhaps not the tomatoes, I honestly didn’t read this label because this was given to me and I just needed to eat it.)
And really, that’s it. Super easy. Super yummy. Super budget friendly.
It smells so good, even the dog wants some! (But then again, the dog has been known to eat deer sh**, so I guess maybe that isn’t a good thing after all…)
Until next time,
